Dustin R. Marcello was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. His father moved to Las Vegas from Batavia, New York, in the Buffalo area, while his mother is from Rhode Island.
Although Dustin attended Clark High School, he is a proud member of the first graduating class of Cimarron-Memorial High School.
Dustin holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, specializing in monetary theory and growth dynamics of developing countries, and he continued his commitment to our community by obtaining his law degree from the UNLV Boyd School of Law.

During law school, Dustin interned with the Honorable Judge Bruce Markell and after being licensed to practice law in Nevada, he went on to work in the Appellate Division of the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, writing appellate briefs on behalf of the citizens of the State of Nevada.
Right out of law school, Dustin drafted a legal manual entitled, “Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association – 2007 Handbook.
Dustin is admitted to practice in Nevada, including the Federal District Courts and has had numerous appellate briefs affirmed by the Nevada Supreme Court. After leaving the District Attorney’s office, Dustin joined Pitaro & Fumo in 2009.
Dustin has also a published articles and appeared on TV with the dean of Nevada politics, Jon Ralston, to discuss legal topics.
